I purchased a banner over 4 years ago with Sign Authority--the banner was not standing straight and tall. The warranty period was clearly over--Sign Authority took pride in calling the mfg company of the banner and the broken piece was replaced free of charge:) I could Sign Authority were committed to working out my problem with the banner stand and the mfg stood behind the product too. So rare these days--to go beyond a warranty period !!!! AND for staff to take the time to pursue the problem with the mfg company! No wonder they are so highly rated! A JOY to deal with and the difference a LOCAL business makes!

I've worked with different local sign companies throughout my career in graphic design and this place is definitely my favorite for a lot of reasons. First of all, never had a bad experience from a quality, production time or customer service standpoint. Second, their pricing is definitely reasonable. Nothing has ever been outrageous and their customer service is great so even if you need to find a solution that fits your budget they are willing to work with you. Let's also not forget the awesome and friendly staff that make it an easy purchase every time. It also helps that sometimes they have a really cool dog in the office that usually is the highlight of my work day. Lol Definitely give them a try if you are in the need for any kind of signage.
